“I very much like the unit for its beauty. As for actually effectively sanitizing anything I could not say if it does or doesn't. I like using it to get the ‚Äòsense' that I have sanitized my phone so that is something.
My one complaint is that the unit is almost impossible to open. Why in the world is there no way to easily open the unit without having to pick it up with two hands to open it??? That makes no sense at all. The engineer who designed this unit is to be commended on the beauty of the unit and then FIRED for the asinine omission of engineering a way to open the unit with one hand WITHOUT having to pick it up with two hands to open it. This is really frustrating.”
