“Positives are all on the website and are mostly correct.
Negatives:
• Always turns on when you close it (while plugged in). Seems like a waste of the bulb life.
• Slides on smooth surfaces.
• Somewhat difficult to open with one hand. Has a tendency to stay closed and rotate as you try to open it, then the bottom half drops down.
• When the device is completely open, the top cover stays open vertical at just about 90° angle. Can very easily (a breeze or not completely horizontal surface) slam shut, possibly damaging the device and/or the bulbs.
‚Ä¢ The bulbs are shorter than most phones. This means that the UV light doesn't reach the upper and lower edges of the phone. Maybe the assumption is that ozone will destroy the microbes that are located on those areas?...”
“I have reached out two times on social media to ask if my pop socket will be disinfected if it is not popped out and light can not reach the inside. It will not fit with it popped out all the way. No one has responded back for over two weeks. What's the point of disinfecting the phone if the pop socket still has bacteria on it the next time you use it.”
