“I use this to disinfect primarily my phones, earphones and mask filters. It's very easy to use. It's not deep enough as I thought it would be though. I wanted to disinfect my charging case for the truly wireless earbuds, and it wouldn't fit. The earbuds themselves fit though so it's not a major issue. It's also very reassuring to see reviews done by scientists and news outlets (CNN), so I have no doubts about their efficacy. Given their effectiveness against other types of germs and virus I would use this even after the pandemic is over. Customer service has been great, and I get answers quickly whenever I ask questions.”
“As far as I know, this PhoneSoap is working the way it should. I do not know how to verify if all the germs are gone. I can't visually see that this action has done that. The PhoneSoap arrived in perfect condition and before the time that was stated for arrival.”
“The product appears to work well. However, it DOES NOT close if your cell has popgrip (aka popsocket, etc.) on it. You have to remove cell from case to clean or remove popgrip. Both options are problematic. I tried to call PhoneSoap but got a recording that they were busy and to send an e-mail for any issues. Shortly after ordering this product, they started selling a new product, the HomeSoap, which I think would have been a better choice even though it costs a lot more. I probably would have given it 5 stars were it not for this one issue.”
“I just received my Phonesoap 3 today and I have already sanitized my entire family's phones and did my debit cards, credit cards, license, keys, airbuds, Apple Watch and my Jewelry! So satisfying when you know something is highly sanitized and clean. Not just with Clorox wipes which does not kill all germs because of operator error. Phonesoap 3 does it all and gets into every crevice and cranny. Especially in these times today when you really need to be clean and sanitized. Its a relief that I have peace of mind! “My Apple watch band had a BO smell from sweating while working out. Wiping with alcohol didn't get rid of it. I put my watch and bands in this and 10 minutes later the smell was gone. Definitely kills bacteria as I would think that would be the cause of the smell.”
