“The PhoneSoap arrived as promised, well packaged and with good instructional materials. I have used it several times now and all items sanitized continues to work properly. Lid is a little difficult to open. I gave the unit four stars because there is no way to confirm that the items placed in it are actually sanitized. That is not meant to be a criticism of the product just something that I have wondered about. All in all very pleased with the product and service.”
