“Unit arrived well packaged. I was concerned that I could not tell if both the lights worked to make sure nothing was damaged in shipping. I sent a message to support and was told that if I placed a magnet on the inside edge in the right spot the lights would turn on and they both did. Nice to know how to test it. I decided to have the unit on my desk near my computer to give my phone a quick clean during the day rather than by my bed at night because I did not want to knock it on the floor when trying to open it to get to the phone and turn off my phones alarm in the morning. Only takes 10 minutes to clean.”

“it needs to provide some indication that it's doing something. A simple light on the box isn't enough. If it can't indicate dirty vs. clean, it at least needs a visual timer to indicate how much time is left.”
