“I was hoping to have it for a Christmas present, but my first order was lost, so I had to re-order. The customer service on that was great. They sent another one out right away & it arrived in just a few days. It was very easy to set up & use. I guess it's working, though there's really no way to know. The light on the top is very faint, so hard to tell if it's running. It would be nice to have the option of an alert when a phone is finished sanitizing.”
