“The package had no instructions but we figured it out and it is sanitizing our phones as far as we know. The blue light comes on each time we open the lid and it stays on for a few minutes. The quick start indicated leave in for 10 minutes. I guess it is still sanitizing even when the top blue light has gone off.”

“I guess it's ok. Had to look at a log to find how to put the phone in. Instructions should be included. Also use it for my fire stick remote. Too bad it's not alittle deeper so my tv remote could be put it in there. I'm assuming it's working. I love that you can also charge the phone in it too.”
“One can only hope that it works as intended. The device needs an on/off button and timer. Arrived when promised. Turns on when you plug it in. You turn it off by unplugging it. I usually sterilize my phone with 99% rubbing alcohol then toss it in the PhoneSoap 3 device for good measure.”
