“If you don't have a pop socket or iring device, it should work properly. I bought a phone soap xl to use for all size phones, tablets, cordless phones, remotes, keys, etc.”
“I have had my PhoneSoap for a while now but a week and a half ago one of the light bulbs inside it broke. As you can imagine, I was frantic. I immediately emailed customer service about the option of buying new bulbs and within a few hours I had an email back that they would replace the bulb no questions asked under their warranty. They gave me an address and a number to put on the package to identify it when it got to them, and within a week of sending it out, I received an email from the company that it had been fixed and shipped back and would be to my door in a day and a half. I don't know the last time I had such a smooth time dealing with any company's customer service group and I cannot thank you enough!!!!”
“I bought this back when they were on Shark Tank. Then got another one for our school teachers, on 2/9/18.
A few people said "no one will ever use that ". Guess what!?! I should put it under lock and key today, because, last week, before schools were closed, it was used. More than a few times. Mine at home, is now used everyday. I'm now going to start using it for keys, and credit cards.
Thanks for thinking about this before the country really needed it.”
“This is a great product if it does what it says, but we've had ours for just over a year and it's having serious issues turning on (and at such a convenient time...). We have to jiggle the power cable, try other power inputs--right now we're using a Pixel USB C to plug it in, instead of the pre-supplied power cable since it seems to have more luck--press it down this way and that for it to turn on, etc. Sometimes we give up and hope it works when we try later.
Worse, I sent an email to customer service about this five days ago and haven't gotten a single reply.”
