“We came into our phonesoap as part of a sales promotion - was a choice of many products we could receive. Remembered it from Shark Tank, and wanted to try it out. Was a really great and simple product to use - but our stopped working after a flash of the light upon clsoing the lid and ozone smell(something had burned out). I wrote to support, and they were so great- really responsive, had a list of things to try, to help pinpoint hte issue. they then sent a prepaid postal return label so we could send back... they refurbished and got it back so quickly - and it works like a dream! I know we can't really "see " the clean phones, but it's a great feeling to know they're clean. Just a really cool product to use, and a great company with wonderful support, shows they really care!”
“I still have not received my PhoneSoap order that I placed on Dec 10 I ordered 4 and they were never received. I contacted the company via email on 12/19 and was told it would go out next day air and was sent a tracking number that was for another customer. at this point I don't know what to do. Very disappointing.”
