“Is the light inside the Phonesoap unit on when the case is closed even when there is nothing inside? Should the case be left open when empty so as not to wear out the lights inside?
Otherwise I am very pleased with the unit.”
“I like the idea and am using the product, however, I am wondering how it is sanitizing my phone when my phone screen is still very dirty when I take it out of the phone soap. How is it disinfected, when the dirt appears to still be there. Please advise. That's my only issue.”
