“While I love the fact that it disinfects my cell, I am not happy how u open it up!! There is no knob or push button or something to open the top!! I literally have to pick the whole unit up & use Both hands ..
one to hold the entire thing & one to wedge my fingernail into it to flip it open!!!! Not convenient & I'm NOT happy with it at all!!!! Wish I had bought one that opens easily!!!ü•∫”
