“My Samsung Galaxy S8 slipped out of my pocket as I was getting out of the car and landed on the road face down cracking the screen. I was told that a new screen would cost $369. I discovered Phonebot and found that I could buy a grade A Samsung Galaxy S9 for $400. It was a no brainer to buy a Galaxy S9 instead of a new screen for an older model phone. Phone looks great and works well. Battery life is fine. Would buy again.”

“I've bought Samsung Galaxy s9 Grade A from Phonebot a week ago. I picked it up from the Phonebot store in Melbourne. Staff was very friendly and helpful. To my surprise I've got a Screen Protector and a Case for free. The Phone itself is in a very good (on my opinion) condition. I couldn't find any mark of previous use. It works perfectly (at least so far) and I'm happy. Would I recommend to someone to buy a phone from the Phonebot? Yes. I would recommend.”

“After nearly 2 months of extensive usage, I can say this is an awesome phone at a great price. Some tiny scratches near the charging port and fingerprint sensor are completely covered with any of the two great complimentary original Samsung cases. Battery life is only as expected, I secretly hoped it would be better but I believe this is as good as it gets. Would buy again from Phonebot.”

“I was not sure of how the product be before buying but was absolutely surprised looking at the phone. It was grade A but looked like new and the customer service was great, Haven’t used it yet so can’t comment on the quality but trusting that it would be great”

“Good condition - only issue was very low ear piecevolume. Googling problem led to easy fix of cleaning dirt from speaker with toothbrush. This should have been done as normal part of supposed 'refurbishment'.......... Otherwise very happy with phone”
