“The best phone I found is such excellent condition. I bought a similar phone from 2 other vendors who claimed the phone was As New, and when I arrived it was in such a bad condition. PhoneBot truly did meet my expectations and delivered a phone as exactly as described. Well done! I will come back to buy more phones from you and recommend you to people whom are wanting to buy phones. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the order was delayed by 2 days, and no communication was give as to what was happening, and I had to chase it up. Apart from that, everything else was great!”

“After three weeks of use, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (128gb) that I purchased has performed exceptionally well. The 'like new' condition of the phone is excellent with no scratches, marks, or fingerprints. It even still had the plastic on the edges that you usually peel off on a brand new device. And although the phone came with a third-party box, adapter, and USB-C cable, these additional items were of high quality, especially the charging cable. For a phone that originally retailed for $1000, you're definitely getting Samsung flagship quality for a fraction of a cost. I'd suggest picking this up rather than choosing a Samsung A series device. Lastly, the Note 9 will still be getting security updates until January 2022. Overall, definitely, a recommended purchase if you're wanting to upgrade to a 'new' phone for much less of a price compared to current Samsung flagship devices.”

“Great phone runs like a dream, first time buying a phone online, I bought a refubished like new phone, and my payment went through with no problems at all when i completed my order i did say my phone maybe delivered a little late because of Australia postal services running flat out over the Christmas period and with the covid thing going, with this in mind i did not care, but two days later there was a knock on my door and my new phone had arrived and i was not expecting it so quickly, i un wrapped it out of it's box and i got what they describe, it looked brand new and i was more than happy, yes i have only had it for a couple of days but it is running great and i am more than happy, all i can say is give them a try save yourself 300 or 400 dollars instead of buying from elsewhere, Thank you PhoneBot company”
