“I purchased a reconditioned Iphone which I had to return due to various faults with the phone. I was refunded my money promptly. Even though this was not a successful purchase I would like to commend the Customer Support I was given by Andy upon receiving the phone who guided me through the checks which I followed before backing up by old phone to this purchased phone to ensure it was working correctly. Things I would not have considered doing before hand myself. Then once I transferred my old phone some issues arose which could not be resolved. Again I kept Andy the Robot Customer Service representative in the loop through the process of trying to get Apple National Help Line to resolve the issues without success. The Phonebot Customer service was very supportive every step of the way and without hesitation refunded my money. Although very disappointed about the phone Robot excelled with their customer service.”
