“Parts arrived quickly, the condition of the parts were as expected. However, the parts simply came in a plastic bag in a box which was not for the product I ordered. I'm not sure these are original factory OEM (PondMaxx parts), or a compatible brand. Either case, the replacement filters worked fine in my PondMax equipment.”

“The merchandise I ordered was exactly as expected, but the shipping time just “wowed” me! I was expecting it to take a week, what with COVID and it had to be shipped a long way, but it took MAX 2 days. I ordered in the evening on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning. I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely order from this company again for our koi pond.”

“Ordered a UV replacement bulb for our pond filter. Bulb arrived quickly, even with standard shipping. We live in Hawaii and most places charge crazy high shipping fees, but not Play it Koi. They were fair in their charges. We will order again when we need something.”
