“The service was wonderful. Initially I had a question about items they were showing on their web site conflicting with what I was seeing with my equipment. “I had to ask for a refund of an expensive bulb for our Koi pond filter because it didn't work. I was nervous because this was our first purchase. Play it Koi was super easy to work with and refunded the money with no problem. I will definitely use their services for future pond needs. 5 stars for sure!!!”
