“Have a hard time determining the amount to use and thought there might be a better way to adjust different wait times. I found better results when using a molsterizer first but 20 min. is too long of a wait.”

Thanks for sharing this feedback, Nancy. Because Plexaderm needs to go on a clean dry face, we usually recommend you wait 20 minutes for your moisturizer to absorb into your skin. We can see how that can be frustrating. If it makes sense for your skincare regimen, maybe you can try to switch your moisturizing routine to before bed so that you wouldn't have to wait for it to dry to apply Plexaderm. “I like the way this product reduces the bags. I also like the longer packaging tube, rather than the shorter ones or the circle packaging ones. However, even though I use a small pea size, it still leaves a white residue and seems to affect the undereye bags "unevenly".”

Hi Maureen, We're glad that you've been enjoying the new packaging. But we're sorry to hear about the residue problem you've been having. It sounds like you're using the approximate recommended amount per application (we usually say half the size of a pea). For your next application, try to use even less. A little bit of serum truly does go a long way. If you are still finding that the residue appears after this, you can also try using a damp cloth, and gently blot the residue until it disappears. “Luv the new tube! Best dispenser yet. I’ve used all of them… pump bottle, tiny tubes, tabs. Was a little skeptical about cream maintaining its efficacy in this larger tube, & I’m glad to say not only does it work well use after use, I think the cream works even better now!
