“Application problems....No matter how I try to get on the right amount I am always left with white flakey stuff on my skin. If I use less there is no improvement. I have been a user for 6 months. Other competitors' products do not have this problem.”

Hi Elizabeth, I'm going to forward your feedback to our product team for review. if you've already tried using less and that's not making the problem go away, perhaps try blotting the area gently with a damp cloth and see if that helps. That will usually solve this issue. “It would be great to apply to all wrinkles but, the amount in tube is not enough to keep up with the daily use of eye bags and wrinkles. The Product Works - I Lov it! Make larger tubes for a complete face and keep it affordable.”

Hi Bobbie, If you are seeing a residue after the application, that's usually an indicator that too much was used during the application. For your next application, try using a little bit less and see if that helps. You can also try gently blotting the area with a damp cloth and that should remove any excess/residue. Hi Nancy, Thanks for stopping by to leave a review. We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to drop a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you do apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for both under eye areas. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. If you do these things consistently, you should see more consistent results. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!
