“I replace a Badger 500 that started leaking from the bottom with this since I figured the footprint would be the same but it was so loud my wife almost had me return it but probably felt bad since I spend the evening installing it. I think they made this one louder just to sell their upgraded "quiet mode" line since my old one was never this noisy”
“Overall: excellent product. Lacking in quality control though. The drain port for the dishwasher was completely blocked with plastic. Drilled a whole through the plastic in the tube and it worked fine.”
“Very easy to install. Was an identical replacement 12 years old. Only issue so far was the plastic drain 90 deg connection was cracked. I installed the new disposal using the oold elbow.”
