“The bone color seat was a perfect match for our toilet. We prefer wood to plastic. But this one arrived with a very small chip in the paint on the back side of the seat. Not noticeable to others, but I see it every time I clean it and think about how easy this may seat's paint may chip.”
“I'm use to quiet close, easy close, soft close toilet seats. Just assumed it was standard on toilet seats these days.Nope. Love the quality of this seat but without the soft close feature I just assumed was there, it SLAMS with a bang......I got 2 and have already started using one -- I think I sill return the second and get a soft close one.”
“This seat installs by putting the screws and washers on first, then snapping on the seat and locking from the top. With no instructions, that was a little difficult to figure out. Also, the nuts have a protruding piece to help you turn them, but the protrusion caused them to not fit the underside of my toilet. Luckily I still had the nuts from the last seat and they fit. Now that it's installed, it's nice quality and will be easy to clearn.”
“Very nice weight to this seat, not cheap and flimsy. Fit right onto the toilet, took all of 2 minutes and a flat head screwdriver. I've had these easy release seats before, and they are easy to use. The measurements were exact. Only time will tell if the finish holds up, but it's a great seat for the price!2 weeks later, and I am having problems. The seat keeps pulling itself off the toilet. I have it installed correctly and the hinge covers locked tight, yet it keeps pulling itself out of the holes the plastic hinge things go into. I will be contacting the company as I have had this type of easy clean hinge before and never had the problem of it loosening itself up time after time.Follow up. One call to the Church Co. and the seat was immediately replaced by them. Excellent customer service, and no problems with this second seat!”

“The caps don't fit well. On 1 seat I was able to finally get them in the correct position. On the 2nd seat, they would not set in the right position. Fortunately, it's not necessary that they fit for the seat to for properly and to stay in place”
“This is a high quality seat. However it arrived with no installation instructions. Installation is completely different from any seat I've had in the past. Fortunately one of the reviews explained how to do it and it was very easy to install. Just put the bolts through the holes and set the seat in place. The bolt covers are moved to lock and unlock the seat from the toilet. Now that I know what to do, it is simple and straightforward to install. Overall, I'm very pleased.”
