“Before buying this Church 540 EC 000 toilet seat, I read the reviews, which confirmed that the seat does not loosen if installed correctly, but that it was important to read the installation instructions carefully first. So I was dismayed to find that the seat was packaged with no instructions at all--not inside the package and not printed on the box. And I did lift off the labels to check underneath. I really don't want to return the item. Would Pumbing supply , Bemis Manufacturing Company, or Church please help me out here? Thank you.”
“Ok guys I just installed it last night so this is just about that. I watched the video on Pumbing supply before I bought to be sure I thought I could install it. I recommend that. The process was just like that video. What they don’t say is you have to tighten the wing thing did what seems like an hour lol. I also dropped my screwdriver in the toilet. Don’t judge me, I did clean it when I took the old cover off, but still. Other than that, it just went right on. Fits perfectly and very solid seeming. Can’t speak to wear etc at this time.”
