“Unit works well for a single shower. Keeps up with demand no problem. This unit replaced a failed older model so wiring was the same and plumbing hookups were the same as well. Only problem I have with the unit is it seems to have a cracked internal case. We have a water softener so not calcium buildup. Keeps clogging up my shower head and sinks every week. Hoping to have warranty replace the unit. Material coming out seems ceramic but un sure. I think I just got a bad one that works but has issues.”
