“We have the 36kw model. I did zero research before buying and had no idea it would need more power than the Griswalds Christmas lights. We live in south east Indiana. First make sure your home can supply the power needed for the unit. 4 40 amp breakers and a bunch of 8 gauge wire. Also recommend installing service valves for routine maintenance every six months. We’ve had ours for 2 yrs now and couldn’t be happier. Our electric bill hasn’t gone up because it only comes on when you need hot water.”
