“Submitted an order for custom boxes and chose the social media option customization, and wasn’t easily able to navigate an option where I was supposed to type the handle in. Submitted the order and immediately emailed customer service letting them know the social media handle to be printed, which they responded to promptly and said they forwarded to the printing team. I received my boxes with no social media printed after confirming and paying the fee. Emailed customer service again, took them days to respond where they offered me the one dollar refund for social media customization. After paying almost $60, I just simply wanted the boxes I paid for. I am still waiting to hear back...”
“I received my boxes with dents and uneven flaps. The logo quality was good but the box quality is horrible. I let them know and they offered me an almost $6 refund and nickled and dimed me on the shipping refund.”

It’s been five months and over a dozen emails since we ordered from them. Approximately 1/5 of our boxes ordered never arrived.
Brandable Box does not have a phone number and there has been no response to our numerous detailed emails.
Regarding the boxes, these are average single wall boxes and the printing was not crisp. Do not select non-black color. It’s totally watered down. It’s an ok box for non fragile items, but for shipping fragile items, it is not recommended.
Regarding cost, expect them to add close to 40%-50% of your order price for shipping. They are in Atlanta and do not offer pickup, which makes their box prices well over other box providers. We ultimately paid about $600 for roughly $400 in boxes.
Customer service has been non-responsive.”
“Awful. I wanted to try an alternative to Zebra print as I needed a slightly bigger size, but the ordering process using Brandable is clunky at best. Then I get the actual boxes and they are totally beat up as they're only wrapped in plastic wrap instead of proper bubble packaging. Total waste of money....would not use again.”
“I loved my first set of boxes, which were samples to see if this product was a good fit for my company. I placed a second order so I would have enough supplies for my launch day. However, when this set arrived there was a huge difference in the print, which left me confused because it was a reorder with the same proof. I contacted customer service and once they finally returned my email, I wasn’t offered a return or replacement but 20% off another order. An unacceptable solution, why would I pay more money to support a company content with releasing this quality of work? I have found another supplier but I cannot use the low quality boxes for anything but storage now.”
