“Brandable box used to have affordable shipping options and we were able to choose sides for logo and text. Now we are limited I can't even reorder past orders. Additionally the option to upload the logo was broken on this cubic box and they used a previous logo of mine from 2 orders ago instead of the most recent one. Very disappointing.”
“The pizza box is fine but you are not paying triple for their fantastical (ordinary) pizza box! You're paying for your branding to be on the box. Well I am the proud owner of 2000 pizza boxes with a dull and faded, lines running through it, company logo on them that looks nothing short of lame & unimpressive. When they sent over the proof on a Friday I objected to the lines running through the logo and they blamed the art which does not contain the lines of course. On the following Monday I sent an higher-res version and was told "too late! We already ran the job and it's being shipped. There is nothing we can do now, the artwork was your responsibility, read your invoice!" Sooooo yeah... find ANYONE else to do your branding because this company blows! THE FIRST PIC IS THE FILE WE PROVIDED, THE SECOND IS THE PIZZA BOX! YOU DECIDE...”
“Ordering was difficult, and the end product looked like the Xerox machine had run out of toner. Streaky and ghostly pale. I emailed a complaint and asked if there was anything to be done about the ink density and got no response. Used one of your competitors and got a beautiful product. Yes, it cost a little more and it took a little more time, but a slightly pricier box I can use is way better than boxes I will have to recycle. As a graphic design professional, my future business and peer recommendations will be going to Fantastapack.”
