“First time ordering from them, I placed an online order for 2 different sizes on Oct 25th. Finally received part of my order Nov 14th. I Sent an email (because you can not call them) stating I didn't receive my complete order. Someone emailed me back, apologizing. I asked, "can you expedite my order". I was told yes, but never received a tracking number (although, I asked for it). Well, it's been a month now, I still have not received one of my orders. I'm now disputing the transaction with my bank.”
“It took over 15 business days (including printer malfunction) to get our boxes when quoted 7-9 days. I had to reach out to customer service on day 14 to ask where the boxes were. Once receiving the boxes about 17 business days after the creation of the order, the print of our label was not even centered on the boxes. Also, I upgraded to the two sided printing and for some reason I was expecting the prints to be on opposite sides to "balance" out the look of the box but they are on panels that are right next to each other which gives the box an awkward look. I gave 2 starts because I was not scammed out of my boxes and they gave me 50% off my boxs when the printer malfunctioned. I wont be coming back to brandable box.”
