product never made it to me. After countless shipping issues i ended up just getting refunded for the entire thing but wasted almost 2 months going back and forth

My logo was entirely too small to see yours was bigger and stood out more then my company logo & the box was bigger then what I needed. A more colorful box is what I needed.

I did not received my order for the 8x8x8 boxes. I wrote the company regarding my issue and I did not get a response.

Boxes are a nice touch for branding purposes. However I have serval issues. For starters the boxes are splitting at the seems before they are even used I’ve had atleast 7-10 boxes that cannot be used because the glue is defective. Hand prints are on brand news boxes employees in the fulfillment center should be required to wear gloves so that finger prints are not transferred in production. Lastly I recommend you all changing your packaging so that boxes ship in boxes vs the clear wrap as many of my vices look damaged and have been damaged by fed ex in transit due to how they are exposed. The amount of money that I pay in shipping I do not want to receive sub par packed goods that look gently used when I send packages to my customers.

I've ordered my boxes 3 weeks ago and havent received them. I'm a business owner that can not send orders because I use your company for my boxes. I'm losing sales due to the slow process of making sales. This will be my last order from this company.

ALL of my small boxes were lined up incorrectly, but I had to use them because I had orders to fill.

Customer service was lax, we received a granulated pic on our boxes and wasn’t made aware at all. We also received a tracking number that gave a expected arrival date, and then the boxes never moved but the arrival date stayed the same. When I messaged the company, I got well we still shipped within the 7-10 day time frame so it’s not our fault.

It is partly my own fault for uploading the wrong logo but I would have expected someone to check it before printing and sending me 50 boxes with a pixelated logo that i cannot use.

We're sorry again, Michael. We appreciate your honest review! Part of how we keep prices so low is that we rely on customers to upload their logo ready for print. We don't currently offer design services, but our printing team does know now to look for and reach out when the logo they receive is too small to print. We'll get better!
