Shipping and production time is the worst in the industry! The boxes shipped separately so I received like 4/5 different dates with weeks between of when I would receive them. Once arrived they did not look good at all. My logo was extremely faded. Could not see any of the wording. Some of the boxes I’m assuming was not cut properly because they were bent to the side once closed. I will NEVER purchase from this place again or recommend it. Only good thing is the price compared to other companies BUT remember you get what you pay for.

We Love you boxes and the reasonable pricing but I wish you had a way to save our orders so we can just come back and reorder instead of having to rebuild the order each time.

The logo printed on the box was supposed to be yellow but came out yellow with stripes of green. Had to throw out the entire order and find boxes somewhere else.

I love my boxes. But it took months to receive my order and I am still missing 25 boxes from my order of 100. No one has taken care of this and I've asked several times to get this figured out. So, even thought the boxes are nice, getting them is difficult and I haven't had good customer service.

I received boxes with my artwork on successive sides of my box as opposed to opposite sides of the boxes. Not sure why.
