“I placed an order with Brandable box. On 7/26, I received an email that my order had shipped and a fedex tracking number was provided. When I had not received my order by 7/31, I reached out to Brandable Box to find out what was going on. When I tried to track the order on Fedex it was still pending which means it has not been given to them yet.
After a couple more emails, they responded on 8/4 blaming fedex. Then they admitted that they were having problems getting the shipments to them but it should go soon.
On 8/6, they informed me that my order will ship "today or tomorrow". On Sunday I received an email asking if I liked my boxes(that i have yet to receive). Tracked the package this morning(Monday 8/10) and it is still "pending" with Fedex.
This is becoming a bad joke. I will not be ordering again.”
“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BOXES LOOK HORRIBLE. THE ONES I RECEIVED. THE OTHER I TOLD WAS SHIPPING ON JULY 27th. ITS NOW AUG 8 AND THE SHIPPING STILL HAVENT BEEN UPDATED. WAS TOLD ON AUG 3 THAT FEDEX IS NOT PICKING UP THERE PACKAGES SO MY ORDER STILL HAVENT SHIPPED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! PLEASE SHOP WITH PACKLANE OR UPRINTING INSTEAD!!”
