“The logo was way to small the box itself some of them when tearing not good quality I was not happy at all then instead of them centering the logos and putting them on opposite sides the put one logo on the long side and the the other logo on the short side of the box it was just way off nothing like I imagined I was meaning to call and complain I’m just way to busy.”
“Printing of the logo was supposed to be on opposite sides but it was printed so that if you were looking at it, the logo in front and the logo on one side next to it. Not what I asked for and it looks....sloppy”
Hey Michael, thank you for your review. We hadn't yet offered 2 opposite sides at this time, only 2 adjacent sides (joining sides). We do offer 2 opposite sided printing now!
“Your shipping process is entirely too long, especially for businesses that need a quicker turnaround process. It took more than 10 days to get my boxes and I never received a tracking number. And when I called customer service they told me they would call me back with my details. Just for boxes.. not good.”
