We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your custom boxes, but do appreciate your honest review and feedback. Our boxes are all 32 ECT, which is industry standard and can hold up to 40 pounds. We also offer a large logo size print.
“I will find another vendor to supply my boxes. My purchase from you last time was very misleading.
I chose the regular print instead of the LARGE. Yes, in the print on the cart it says regular print, but the photo was of a LARGE print which I thought from the photo was regular size print in which I was ordering. When I got the boxes, the writing is so small. I called and asked about it and did not get a friendly reception for my concern.”

Our product pages do include images of both print sizes so our customers can better decide which print size best fits their needs. “This is the 2nd time ordering from Brandable Box and both experiences have been sub par to say the least. The first order they misprinted crooked labels and would not give a refund although unusable, but did refund 50%. The second order the boxes we not printed fully where you can see the printer ran out of ink. I sent images of all the boxes yet customer service asked for additional images out of the packaging. On top of that they charge an astronomical amount for shipping when before they had free shipping. Be careful when ordering from this company.”

“Our first order was great. We decided to order additional size boxes. At checkout a message appeared saying couldn’t deliver to the address. Same address we used previously. Sent a message to customer service asking why now it was undeliverable. Never got a response. I give up.”

“Quality cardboard boxes but the lack of communication with regard to extreme shipping delays due to COVID has turned me off from continuing to purchase. My second order which required a minimum order of two cases of boxes was delayed beyond the extended shipping window and I heard no update from the merchant. Unacceptable as I hold any business to the same standard of over communicating with their customers which isn’t asking a lot.”
