“After I sent my order in I sent a message asking if the sides were centered. I got a response of yes it looks good. Center can go two ways, up and downs and left to right. In the future if someone ask’s, there must have been a reason.”
“I was social excited to get brand boxes for my business. When I got them I was extremely disappointed. The alignment was completely off even though in the editor it was perfect. There is a back slit they don't show you on the editor that was on my boxes upon arrival. Its a deep hole that cut right through my logo . The ink job was bad and boxes looked washed out even though I select the white option. Overall I had to use a different company and currently waiting for refund .”
“I went with Pratt because these boxes were almost half what everywhere else charged. There’s a reason. The mock-up looked pretty great (some weird areas where we should have been able to line up artwork better but not a huge issue.) They were printed and delivered in about a week and a half which was definitely a plus. However when I actually looked at the boxes I was less than thrilled. The colors were so faded, I could see banding in the printing on areas as well as a spot on every box that had been slightly offset mid-image. The mock-up also didn’t show a hole in the front of the box so on the final product it cuts into the artwork we placed there. I emailed to explain my issues and that I was pretty unhappy with the boxes, over a week now with no response.
Basically if the quality/look isn’t that important to you then these are fine, if the presentation matters I would look elsewhere.”
“The box was misprinted (ink spilled over to the bottom and was not straight) and the printing quality was sub-par (the dark red is much lighter than anticipated)”
“The turn around time was great, but the actual product for me is just ok. The colors re not completely accurate to my brand colors, they are a bit "off", and the print quality is blurry. There is like a fuzzy shadow around all the print.”
“I was so excited, but the website was no good and it was very unclear when it was coming and there was no way for me to see what I ordered while I was waiting.
The quality was bad. The sides were red and blue and it looked like the printer was broken. It also had a spelling error that I would have seen if Pratt Box responded to my email the first 5 days.
I had to try it out! It would have been great if there were so many issues. I’m so bummed that I spent $68 on 25 boxes that looked terrible!”
