“Logo was small, poorly visible....the preview was very hard to actually provide any detail of how the box would actually look...I will not order from you guys again, nor recommend. The best part was how quickly I received the boxes.”
“Our logo turned out pixelated so therefore all the boxes I ordered are unusable. A complete waste of money. This company clearly doesn't have a quality control team or someone in the art department that reviews graphics before printing. Before writing this review I raised my concerns and the company told me, "they print exactly what is given". If that is the case, you need to have a quality control team to go over graphics and ensure every print job turns out spectacular and your customers are satisfied as opposed to disappointed, a lost customer, and tons of unusable boxes. I've been running a business sine 2016 and have printed lots of different items for my business and never have I received a printed item in such poor quality.”
