“I ordered the tile frame twice on the first, one of the names wasn’t completed and on the second one there was a typo in the message as “many” was replaced with “menu” and not only that the first product was actual tiles but the second one was just a A4 peace of paper, which I could have made myself. I paid for this product for an anniversary present but it was ruined both times and never got a refund for either or a correct item that I ordered. Normally I’m very pleased with the products you offer and have bought various items and had no problems but this time I’ve been screwed over twice on the same thing.”
