“I would review this item however I never received it. I purchased this item and when I didn’t get it along with my other items, I called customer service. They told me this charm sold out and was unable to be fulfilled. Please do not sell items that you don’t have in stock.”

“I bought 2 of these necklaces for my granddaughters, 1 arrived broken (They arrived Christmas Eve). I did receive a replacement for the broken one. There must be a design flaw because noe both are broken in the exact same spot. It's the hinge of the circle where you hang the charms from. The pic below is the original broken one but both broke in the same spot.Total waste of money”
