How did you like it?

“The best thing about the Curaderm BEC5 protocol is that you end up with no scars. Scar tissue from injury or biopsy incision make great hiding places for cancer. This makes it more difficult for the Curaderm to find all the cancer cells. But, even though it may take longer, it will work, and may actually replace the scar tissue.”

How did you like it?

“Curaderm is a exceptional product! It’s one of the best kept secrets for BCC. Nobody actually loves using it—it’s definitely not for the uncommitted—but it’s an excellent alternative to traditional surgical procedures. Having no scars is a huge benefit. The maximum treatment area is not just a suggestion (think pain tolerance) so it’s best to start small, because the Curaderm will seek out cancerous cells along the edges possibly causing the treatment area to grow in size. Follow the twice daily protocol religiously, enjoy discovering that you’re stronger than you thought you were, and don’t quit until the area returns to healthy skin. You are. And it will. The micropore tape may be harsh for sensitive skin. I prefer using a different 3M tape called “Kind” as it removes easily yet stays on well.”
