“I'm always satisfied with the quality of the cutting boards (I've order several before) I was tremendously upset and the OUTRAGEOUS shipping fees I was to be charged this time. (I've paid less than $10 for all of my previous orders.) For ONE 6x8 cutting board, the shipping fee's STARTING RATE was $67.62!!!!! Yes, I'm in Hawaii, but flat rate postage rates to Hawaii ( which IS part of the United States) is less than $15! I called and did a live chat with Qualtry's customer service and was told they "couldn't do anything because rates are determined by their shipping company. (Duh! Don't use them if they charge outrageously prices!)
I finally solved my problem by having my 6x8 board sent to a relative in CA for $8.99, and had my relative send ot to me via USPS. All inclusive was less than $15.

Hello Fay, The shipping cost will depend on the number of items on your cart as well as the shipping address (shipping charges are per item and not per order).
Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.
