“I placed one order for a 3-piece item and received only one. While a refund was given, this I found to be very poor service and I will not order from you again!”

“We did not order the Halloween bar boards, but did order a number of personalized bar board with monograms. The engraving was okay and correct, but the boards themselves were disappointing. There were many blemishes in the wood, which is to be expected with bamboo, but the placement of the engraving was right on top of the blemishes on almost every board. We were going to use these as gifts, but they look so bad that I will not. If the person doing the engraving, or putting the boards into the engraving machine, had looked at the boards first, they might have been turned so that the engraving was done on a smooth part of the board, not the bad spots. Very disappointing.”

Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker. Just as with all wood boards we print, the "darkness of the burn" varies with the wood on the actual board. It is a natural difference in wood grain. As we run boards, we slow our machines down to try to get it darker but it still would not change its appearance.

“Overall I was disappointed with the size and quality of this item. It's extremely lightweight. In addition, production and shipping took much longer than expected. The engraving was done right over a discoloration in the wood which makes it difficult to read. I was under the impression the board would be two-toned wood, but it was a single color. Overall, I would not purchase this item again. I did send an email after receiving the item with my concerns but did not get a response. :(”

The postage was outrageous about $53 for the boards actual postage couldn’t have been more than $12-20.”

We have sent you a copy of your order invoice as a reference and provided you a courtesy voucher that you can use as a one time courtesy to place a new order for the one cutting board that you missed since your original code is only good for one time use.
