Amazing experience. First class wildlife trip. Would highly recommend. Improvements. The system of tipping definitely caused anxiety and awkwardness at the end of the trip. Most people were saying the above. Alleviate this and you have a perfect experience. Alex one of the guides just as the others are well versed in their subjects needs to be more approachable and smile. Thankyou to all of you for giving me truly magical memories.

Dear Julie, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent Galapagos Safari-Style Yacht Adventure with us. We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing experience and that it was first-class. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're glad we could provide you with truly magical memories. We appreciate your comments regarding the tipping system and understand that it caused some anxiety and awkwardness among the group at the end of the trip. Your feedback is important to us, and we will certainly take it into consideration and relay it to the proper individuals in our organization in order to alleviate any discomfort that the tipping issue could cause any future Fuests. We strive to create an environment where our Guests can fully enjoy their experience from beginning to end without unnecessary concerns. Furthermore, we acknowledge your feedback about one of our guides, Alex. While all our guides are knowledgeable in their respective subjects, we understand the importance of approachability and a friendly demeanor. This is uncommon for a Guide with Alex's experience, but we'll address this matter with him and emphasize the significance of being more approachable and wearing a welcoming smile. Our aim is to ensure that all our guides create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Once again, thank you for choosing us for your wildlife trip and for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We genuinely appreciate your kind words and your suggestions for improvement. If you or anyone reading this has any additional questions or concerns, please feel free email us at customerservice@quasarex.com. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future, should you decide to join us again for another extraordinary adventure. Sincerely, ~ The Quasar Customer Service Team

The Evolution was the perfect choice for our once in a lifetime trip to the Galapagos. The staff were five star, our naturalist guides Alex, Diego and Soto were knowledgeable, with great senses of humour. The food and service was fabulous! We had prime time slots for every landing and the snorkeling was an experience we shall never forget. We highly recommend Captain Victor and the entire crew of the Evolution. This is the ship if you are serious about seeing every species and want to deeply understand the geology, history, and myths surrounding the Galapagos. We learned so much about our planet and it’s inhabitants. Thank you team Evolution!

Fantastic experience. The food was great as were the crew and guides. Unfortunately, it was raining when we left to go home and our luggage got wet and the first day we were not advised to take raincoats to a landing and it poured rain. Most people were freezing and had no towels. But those were minor problems and did not diminish the enjoyment of the trip. The only suggestion I have is for the guides to show everyone on a map where the boat was headed that evening. The guides were not consistent about this in the 7:00 pm briefing.

Dear Kent, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with us. We're very happy to hear that you had a fantastic overall experience, enjoying the great food and the company of our crew and guides. However, we apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your trip, particularly with the rain and the lack of advisement regarding raincoats. We understand that the wet luggage and unexpected downpour on the first day could have been frustrating and uncomfortable for you and your fellow travelers. We do provide rain ponchos for all our guests to be used on days like these, but we are finding out why they were not available for you that day and make sure to immediately correct the issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the evening briefing. Showing everyone on a map where the boat is headed is indeed a helpful suggestion, and while our guides normally do this on the evening briefings, we will work on implementing this consistently in all future briefings. We want to ensure that our guests have a clear understanding of the itinerary and are well-informed about the journey ahead. Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us enhance our services and provide a better experience for future travelers. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience caused with the rain issues and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable trip. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@quasarex.com. Thank you once again for choosing Quasar. Sincerely, ~ The Quasar Customer Service Team

The yatch is very confortable with ample options to chill. The crew is the highlight - kind, efficient, well informed about the sites we visited - and the food is amazing. I got a cabin in deck D, two floors down. It was very good but noisy when the anchor was pulled up or dropped down as it was on the front ot the boat.

Dear Carlos, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time aboard our yacht and that you found the accommodations comfortable, the crew exemplary, and the food to be superb. We understand that the true beauty of yachting lies in these very details, and we're pleased that you had a positive experience. Regarding the noise you mentioned when the anchor is being dropped or pulled up, we would like to clarify that this is a normal aspect of sailing on smaller yachts. Our yacht's compact design allows for unique experiences and brings you closer to the ocean and the islands. However, with the anchor mechanism located towards the bow of the boat, some sound can be heard within the surrounding cabins during its operation. Rest assured, this process only occurs a few times each day only and generally during the day-time when we are preparing to anchor for a new adventure or setting off for the next. We make every effort to ensure that this operation is carried out as swiftly and quietly as possible, to minimize any disturbance. However, we do understand that it may still be noticeable, especially for guests who may not be familiar with the usual sounds of sailing. For future guests reading this, if you have concerns about noise or if you're a light sleeper, please let us know during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, possibly assigning you a cabin further from the anchor mechanism if available. Thank you once again for your review and your understanding. We hope to welcome you back onboard for another memorable journey soon! Regards, ~ The Quasar Customer Service Team

The Evolution Yacht is well maintained, well layed out and every detail has so much thought put into it.The rooms are made up many times each day. The rooms have plenty of cabinet space and baskets to put all your belongings in. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are of the highest degree. The room has an air purification system and an air conditioner that gets so cold. There's nothing like getting into bed and under the covers after a hard day's activities and going to sleep. I haven't got that kind of rest in a long time.
