“Our experience on the Evolution was a once in a lifetime, five star adventure, one we will remember for the rest of our lives. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The staff could not have been more gracious, accomodating and attentive. We and all of the guests were catered to from start to finish. The guides were warm, knowledgeable and fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.”

“Our experience on the Evolution was incredible. The itinerary was arranged so thoughtfully, taking into account a wide range of different experiences, islands, and wildlife, as well as time to relax and enjoy the snacks, drinks, and hot tub. The staff on the ship were wonderful. Our guides Bolo, Monica, and Alex were fantastic and we learned so much on this trip. Our captain Victor took the time to show us the GPS when we were up early one morning and about to cross the equator. The chefs prepared food that accommodated our dietary needs and was also delicious and healthy. The spacious cabins were very nicely decorated and we appreciated the housekeeping's frequent visits to tidy up and leave surprises. We had such a wonderful vacation and highly recommend the Evolution!”

“Overall, the trip and staff were exceptional! I have one suggestion. To me, it was unpleasant when staff was very hurriedly clearing the table of dishes even when others were still eating and we were talking. The staff were reaching over/around us and making noises with the dishes/utensils even while we were eating, especially at dinner as we were having to lean in to hear each other because the dining room would get very loud. Dinner is one of the few times when we could leisurely reminisce of the day. It should be relaxing and enjoyable. Clearing the table while folks are enjoying the meal and the company is shunned upon at nicer restaurants in the US. I suggest you wait to clear dishes until at least most of the diners are done, and that you ask the diner if they want their dish removed. You’re perfect otherwise.”

However, we are sorry to hear about the issue that you experienced with the restaurant staff as they cleared the tables after meals. We can assure you that they did not mean to interrupt your conversations or to make you uncomfortable. Please remember that any issues that you experience while on your cruise can be brought to the attention of your Cruise Director at any time. They are there for you, and I am sure that if they would have been informed of this when it happened they would have addressed it right away. “The Yacht is beautiful- one of a kind. The crew takes wonderful care of the ship- always clean and organized. Each day was spectacular with the guidance and knowledge from our guides Alex, Adrianna and Arnan! Our captain was engaged with all the guests and so nice. Steve, our manager had everything running smoothly. Cezar always there for us with our drinks and snacks. Food was wonderful with many options. Every crew member was polite and helpful down to every detail. Have the best memories of this trip where we made new friends and family for the week.”
