My only complaint is the pourability and heat retention of the carafe. The first pour (cup) is fine but after that, the coffee seems to just gurgle out and the last is difficult to pour unless you take the top off. I think this all has to do with pressure in the carafe. As far as retaining heat my Yeti does a lot better.”

The carafe lid is cheaply built and gets filled with water. The carafe is hard to pour but not terrible. Also the water marks are bad. Why not just make it according to the RATIO recommended”
