Great coffee maker. I was having issues with the power supply (very loose and would disconnect mid-brew), but their customer service representative was able to replace it with a new cord for free.

A major upgrade i the taste of my daily brew thanks to this coffee maker and outstanding customer service. Seems like a quality machine thus far and you get very used to the process of making coffee with the various pieces that are involved. Ratio's guidance for water:coffee ratios are a great start but I recommend a decent scale to get the numbers spot on. My only complaint is the water level indicators do not align with the documentation in terms of ounces, so without a scale you are left guessing a bit.

First electric coffee maker I’ve liked. It delivers great coffee and is well constructed/designed

OMG! Could there be a more perfect coffee maker? I think not. My new Ratio Six checks ALL the boxes! Style, build quality, simplicity, ease of use, and last but not least, a perfect cup of coffee. No adjustments...no guess-work...water, filter, coffee, press ONE button.....enjoy! EXCELLENT job RATIO!!

A beautiful design that doesn't just look great, it performs even better. Noticeable difference over our previous coffee maker.

I've owned several high-end coffee makers, and within the first sip of the first brew, I knew that this one was by far the pack leader- Incredibly smooth, and compatible with my higher elevation (6700 feet)
