“This is my second coffee maker from Ratio and I absolutely love the machines. Beautiful design and consistently great coffee.
My only frustration — spending nearly $1,000 on a coffee maker and not receiving any filters to use it on day one. The new machine uses different filters than my previous Ratio, so I couldn’t even brew coffee out of the box.
Still a great product overall, but including a small starter pack of filters would make the experience feel much more premium. Especially when you sell a 100 for only $10”
“I'm obsessed with this pourover machine. It basically ruined getting coffee out for me because I prefer the taste of what I make at home. Super easy to use - my only complaint is that i have to get a specific carafe/water bottle to pour water into the narrow hole because the way it kind of slopes in there leads to spills if I use a regular pyrex pitcher or something similar. But one button, easy to clean. I got the stainless steel filter and ratio 8 steel dripper to sit on top of the thermal carafe. Love love love!”
