I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the Ratio 8 S2. As someone who's been a fan of your products for a while, I was already a fan of the original Ratio 8 S1, but the S2 truly takes the brewing experience to another level.
I know that creating a machine like this must have taken an incredible amount of work, not just in designing it, but likely through countless iterations and refinements to perfect every detail. The thought and care you’ve put into each aspect of the S2 is so apparent.
The temperature control upgrades are particularly impressive. I can already tell the consistency and precision are better than the S1, which was great to begin with. The water distribution system with the new showerhead is a standout. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the uniform bloom and even extraction it brings to my coffee. It’s clear that you’ve really worked to perfect the brewing process for a more consistent and superior cup. It’s also just faster!
The fact that you’ve made the machine even easier to use while maintaining such high quality is a testament to the attention to detail and effort behind every update. The overall build quality is also fantastic. The S2 feels even more solid, refined, and much quieter than its predecessor. It's clear that you took everything that worked in the S1 and found ways to make it even better.

“My wife and I have been using his for a few weeks now and it's EXACTLY what we've been looking for. Only glass touches the coffee and it's also beautiful and extremely well made. Our standards are super high and it pains me all the ones we've tried in the past decade or so and wasted money on but this is nearly perfect, can't think of anything I'd change really. Well worth the investment. Looks amazing and perfect for folks who actually care not just about coffee taste but also health & purity etc. Very happy”
“The Ratio Eight Series 2 has brought a little zen and nostalgia to my morning coffee. I love the pour over coffee experience but the time it takes to boil the water, bloom and brew the coffee more often than not had me opting for the coffee shop.
With the Eight Series 2 I can push a button and experience my favorite parts of pour over without the hassle of having to do it myself plus the coffee produced is SO SMOOTH and the machine is easy to clean and looks beautiful on my counter.
All in all the investment is worth it and easily pays for itself. 10/10 would recommend!”
