“I was really excited to try this. I purchased a five day cleanse and followed the instructions and only ate vegetables a couple of times. One day, I had an extra juice left because I was not hungry enough to drink it. Unfortunately, half way through I experienced intestinal distress which lasted a day after completing the cleanse. My main issue was that I only lost 2.2 pounds in five days, which was disappointing. I have about 60 pounds to lose so I really expected more. This did help me rest my diet and mentally so I am pleased that happened.”
