“I recently finished the Raw Generation 5-Day Juice Cleanse and had a great time! Most of the juices were decent, especially the Strawberry Greens, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness.
I started with light lunches for the first two days, which made it easier to stick with it. I liked it so much that I decided to continue with their Stay Skinny Plan!
There are a couple of downsides: the price is a bit high, and the juices took longer to thaw than the suggested 48 hours, so I had to plan.
Overall, the taste and quality were worth it. If you want to refresh your palate and kickstart a healthy routine, I recommend giving this cleanse a try, just be ready to plan and budget!”
“The juices arrived in great condition - frozen as promised. I followed the prep diet for 5 days prior to starting and they tasted good. I didn’t feel hungry either but, after the first day I got such bad cramps and diarrhea (day and night) that I had to stop. I made it through 3 days (purchased the 5 day cleanse). I’m not sure if I will do the remaining two days at another time and I don’t see me purchasing again. I did lose some weight and don’t crave sweets as bad. I rated 3 stars because aside from my severe reaction to the juices everything else was good.”
