“I thought I wasn’t able to finish but I did it! The juices are delicious, I did not like the smoothies. I was able to switch one of the smoothies with one from the protein cleanse (my husband was doing that cleanse). I look forward to doing it again during warmer weather. I struggled with the juices being cold and the weather being cold. At the beginning I was also very bloated but the final result pushes me to wanting to do it again! I now drink a celery lemon and spinach juice every day and feel great. I recommend starting detoxing a little bit before starting the cleanse, as they recommend.
