“I give five stars for taste and filling my hunger for the most part but only 4 in total as it took over 2 days in a fridge set to only 42 degrees to thaw. Actually I still had to stick them in a bowl of water to thaw and still some I drank with a little ice. If you are planning your cleanse keep in mind. Glad they arrived frozen but wow they were like frozen like a fossil. But 5 stars for taste! Good cleanse”
“Wow, Wow, WOW!! I loved my 3 day Protein cleanse so much that I purchased a 5 day cleanse while I was still doing the 3 day!! Each juice was delicious (I’m not a fan of green juices but this one was yum) and the smoothies were excellent. I can’t recommend this product enough. At first, six drinks doesn’t seem like enough but I actually stretched my 3 day to 5 days because I didn’t need to drink all 6. And I was able to overcome feeling ‘hangry’ by snacking in carrots. If you are in the fence, don’t be. You won’t be sorry. I feel so much better and my jeans fit better - and ready to tackle the next round of cleanse!!”
“They all tasted pretty much the same. If you eat healthy generally you're not going to really feel a difference in energy or wellness. You will just be hungry. Although I did loose 3 pounds which I gained back once returned to normal eating. I was surprisingly able to continue workouts without any noticing adverse side effects on gains.”
