“Great cleanse. The combination of juice and protein smoothies were a nice balance. I did experience a headache and no energy days 1 and 2 along with some hunger pain. However, on day 3 I felt good and headache subsided. I lost 5lbs on the 3 day cleanse. The flavor of the smoothies are great and would also work well as a meal replacement. Vanilla Cashew was my favorite. Initially I didn't care as much for the juice flavor but by day 3 tasted great. Carrot orange would be my go to. I haven't had cravings and feel refreshed. I plan to do this again but will be with a healthy dinner choice instead of juicing only.”
