“I definitely did my research when I decided to do a cleanse. I am not a pill popper, so one of those pill cleanse from the store was not an option. Based upon price, ingredients and the fact this company is owned by a father/daughter duo, it was a no brainer. Day one and two took some getting used to. “It was more filling than what I thought it would be. I was still able to take my vitamins with it which was nice. I didn't realize that there was a peanut based protein, which I am allergic to, so I had 5 juices i couldn't drink. That was my fault for not looking at all of the drinks included. I didn't notice too much of a change at the end of the cleanse. No weight change. It did help to shrink my stomach a bit to improve portions again.”
