“This is my second juice cleanse and also my longest. I just completed 14 days and owe a lot of the ease to Raw Generation and the Protein Cleanse. Having the juices arrive to the house frozen and ready to thaw took a lot of the hard work out of my cleanse so I could really focus on me and how I was feeling. The 3 protein shakes taste like dessert and do not make you feel deprived at all. The 3 straight juices were delicious too and I always saved the Citrus Carrot for my last juice of the day, like a treat. I worked out 4 times during the cleanse and never felt weak or dizzy (though I did not go as hard as normally do, please proceed with caution). I would definitely do this again and highly recommend this Protein Cleanse.”
“I’ve done juice cleanses before, but they can be difficult especially if you also work out. The protein cleanse was perfect! I really was not hungry and was able to continue doing moderate workouts. I wouldn’t do a long run or bike ride on this, unless you also supplement with fruit or veggies, but solid workouts ok. I did not supplement with other foods, but had a warm vegetable broth if I felt like I needed something hot other than coffee or tea. I lost about 3 pounds of the cleanse, which I did for 4 days. Really nice for a re-boot!”
“I have tried 2 previous juice cleanses...one was a 6 day cleanse and the other a 3-day cleanse. I was nervous to do a 7-Day cleanse as I was so hungry when I did the other cleanses. I have not felt hungry once and have consumed all 6 juices per day. I did not have to add anything extra like fresh fruit or vegetables...I was very satisfied and full. I only had a slight headache on day 2. I did the cleanse with the protein as I do work out. The flavors are amazing my most favorite was the peanut least favorite was the sweet Roots but that is only because I'm not a huge fan of beets....but with saying that it was still something I was easily able to drink and did not need to force myself to chug it. Very happy, so glad I chose RAW 7 day protein juice cleanse”
